For each circuit given below perform a hand calculation and simulate the circuit.

Given a pulse of 0 to 2.5 volts for 2; calculate the current flowing through each device using the (W/L) ratio and the for the transistor from the datasheet. State the mode of operation at each voltage level and plot the result using LTSpice.

Measure the current , at each voltage in the pulse.

Compare the results from the hand calculation, simulation, and measurement. Clearly explain and similarities and differences with the results. If there are differences with the results that are very large, give an explanation base on what you know about the device explaining why this occur.
